When can I make an exchange? 

  • I got my size wrong and I need to change, same model and color.

We only accept to exchange the ítems that arrive to our office in perfect conditions, it means that is imperative that all the products have never been used and doesn’t show signs of having been, not scratched, without any marks, and have never been manipuled.


It is equally important that the products arrive at our offices in the same condition and mode that they came to you: in their original packaging (box, dust bags, papers, labels, cards …) and that the whole package is wrapped on bubble paper or inside a box that protects the whole set.

All shoes should be tried don a carpeted, clean and soft surface, indoor and never outdoor.

How do I make an exchange?

Send us an email to contact@mariaalbertin.com letting us know why you want to change your ítems. Please indicate the word EXCHANGE and your purchase number in the mail subject. 

Once the ítem arrives at our office and our Customer Service team approve the exchange, your new ítem will be shipped. In the case, the ítem you want to Exchange does not arrive to our office in perfect conditions (mandatory conditions for exchange), Customer Service will contact you again.

For internacional exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the due procedure and conditions.

How long do I have to exchange my products?


Exchanges will be accepted up to 8 days after you receive your purchase.

Maria Albertin will accept returns for handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receip of your order. Returned handbags must also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

How much does it cost to make an exchange?

In the case of a justified exchange (see “When can I make an exchange?”), all costs associated with product exchanges will be the MARIA ALBERTIN’s responsibility.

For internacional exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the due procedure and conditions.

Exchanges will only realized once.

RETURNS

Once the ítem arrives at our office and our Customer Service team approve the refund, the amount will be back to your account. In case, the ítem you want to refund does not arrive to our office in perfect conditions (mandatory conditions for refund), Customer Service will contact you again.

MARIA ALBERTIN does not take any responsibility for any lost parcel, and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the parcel contains all of the necessary information to be delivered to the correct address.
